NEW FULLY ACCESSIBLE ROUTE BUS

Our new fully accessible route bus is here and we are proud to announce that it is currently the only Australian built bus to operate a New South Wales service south of Sydney. The chassis was built in Melbourne by Iveco Bus Australia with the CB60 Evo 2 body completed by Custom Coaches in Smithfeild (Sydney) and you have the opportunity to take a two hour ride onboard our New Iveco Metro on a brilliant sightseeing experience to Wollongong’s one and only premier tourist attraction nestled amongst the Spectacular Northern Illawarra Coastal Villages The Seacliff Bridge opened for traffic on 12 December 2005.

Closed for 2 years to allow for the construction of a spectacular $49 million 665 metre 'Sea Cliff' bridge, this coastal drive is once again reinstated as the states premier tourist drive, situated on what is arguably the most beautiful stretch of coastline between Melbourne and Cape York, with the added attraction of the amazing bridge.

The bridge itself has become a major attraction because it happens at exactly the point where the Illawarra Escarpment plunges into the South Pacific Ocean, delivering an amazing driving experience with the added luxury of allowing our experienced team of professional drivers to do the driving and you every opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy the great view of the ocean and whales as they migrate throughout the year from an elevated position only a bus can provide in air conditioned comfort, promising you will experience the true essence of that a tourist drive should provide.

The service departs hourly between 9.00am and 1.00pm Weekdays and till 12.00pm on Saturdays from outside Wollongong City Council Building – 41 Burelli Street, Wollongong.
